Well-mannered house trained dogs are allowed but please not on the furniture.
The basics in the kitchen pantry are supplied as are some cleaning products and if you are the last to use something we just ask that you replace it.
Property has double garage with remote controlled doors and large parking space out the back (suitable for a caravan if need be) or somewhere off street to park the boat. There is power supply outside.
Hot water system is on LPG for Hot Water and heating is currently a wood burner.
There are oil heaters in the wardrobe of one bedroom.
Portacot and high chair are also located in the wardrobe of one of the bedroom and available for use if required.
