    • Mt Somers does not have a commercial airport but can be reached within a few hours’ drive from Christchurch International Airport.
  • Travel by Train
    • There are no train services to Mt Somers.
  • Travel by Bus
    • There are limited bus options between Mt Somers and Ashburton.
  • Rent a Vehicle
    • There are no rental car options available in Mt Somers. As most visitors arrive in the region by road, many have already sourced their rental vehicle from Christchurch or another South Island arrival hub.
