New Zealand Marine Reserves

New Zealand Marine Reserves are areas of the ocean and foreshore which are managed by the Department of Conservation (DOC) to protect and conserve New Zealand's marine biodiversity. New Zealand's marine reserves contain unique scenery, features and marine life of national and international significance.
