How do you get to Havelock?

  • Travel by Plane
    • There is no air service to Havelock. Visitors can choose between Nelson Airport (one hour’s drive away) or Marlborough Airport (30 minutes’ drive away), both of which offer regular air services to New Zealand’s main centres.
  • Travel by Train
    • There is no train service to Havelock.
  • Travel by Bus
    • Havelock can be accessed on most national bus lines travelling between Picton/Blenheim and Nelson.
  • Rent a Vehicle
    • A number of well-known car rental companies have outlets at Blenheim and Nelson Airports.
