    • There are no air services to Greymouth. Hokitika Airport services the local area, offering flights to and from Christchurch.

    • The world famous TranzAlpine train journey arrives in and departs from Greymouth daily. It travels through Arthur's Pass to Christchurch.

    • Greymouth is accessible on many national bus networks, from a range of destinations. Many backpacker buses and scenic tour buses stop in Greymouth - often connecting with the TranzAlpine train.
