  • Travel by Plane
    • Dunedin International Airport welcomes direct flights from Sydney and Brisbane, as well as from New Zealand's primary airport hubs: Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Dunedin Airport is actually located near Mosgiel - 30km south of Dunedin city.
  • Travel by Train
    • There is no train service to the areas surrounding Dunedin.
  • Travel by Bus
    • A wide range of local, national, regional and backpacker buses and shuttles visit Dunedin daily. From Dunedin, various tour companies offer trips out to the Otago Peninsula.
  • Rent a Vehicle
    • There are no rental car companies in the greater Dunedin region. Most visitors would pick up rentals from Dunedin city before exploring the region. Several international car rental companies operate out of Dunedin Airport.
